Primary Function

To ensure the Company's Reward Strategy and Reward package it needs, to attract and retain the talent required, is in place in order to deliver business plan and long term growth.

To provide an effective and efficient Reward service for all UK and Global locations and business streams of the Company as part of the People Function team

• To develop and manage the International Reward strategy


• To ensure that all international locations are supported and benefit from all Reward strategy implementation


• To manage the relationship with existing external agencies including Pension providers, Tax advisers and Financial experts


• To lead, from a Reward perspective, before and during harmonisation following any future acquisitions


• To ensure that the Reward function is efficient and handled with professionalism


• Act as the key focal point for all Reward activity
