Our client is a global leader in the provision of components within the Oil & Gas sector. Due to recent success and expansion, a role has been created within the Compensation and Benefits department for an HR Specialist.
Key responsibilities will be ;
- day to day management of the Oracle Advanced Benefits system including participating in new module implementations
- preparing monthly pension schedule
- management of Private Medical Insurance plans; overseeing Service Award programme
- administration and annual renewals of Group Risk benefit programmes
- administration of company leased cars and voluntary benefits
- monitoring and submitting claims for the Permanent Health Insurance scheme
- assisting with Expat management and providing guidance to employees regarding all company benefits
- assisting with preparation and review of salary survey data, providing Managers with benchmark salary data and the administration of various company bonus programmes
Key attributes will be;
- previous experience of benefits administration
- possess excellent IT skills, including working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- A CIPD qualification is required
- experience of working as an HR Generalist
- demonstrate strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail
- knowledge of the Oil & Gas sector would be a distinct advantage
