Our client is an established and growing organisation specialising in supplying bespoke products to Oil & Gas clients world wide. They are looking for an experienced Global Operational Performance Director to join their team based in Glasgow. This position will be responsible for ensuring World Class Continuous Improvement and Operational Excellence is embedded across all manufacturing locations within the business. Other responsibilities include:

• Implement appropriate strategies for distribution of products to meet customer expectations for order fulfilment


• Make decisions regarding effective utilisation of manufacturing capacity in all Global sites


• Develop and implement business transformation plans across all sites


• Develop and lead a strong lean manufacturing strategy to continuously improve multi-plant operations


• Drive culture of continuous improvement though all global facilities.

Candidates:

• Demonstrated experience and success working in a fast paced environment


• Previous experience in a similar position looking at sites globally


• Able to champion and lead lean manufacturing systems


• Good working knowledge of finance and key metrics


• Proven track record of meeting commitments with the highest standards of ethics and integrity
