Main duties are as follows;

• To administer and assist in the audit process in order to ensure that the Environmental Management System (EMS) controls all environmental activities that may expose company property to risk, loss, damage or legal action


• To monitor and assist in ensuring the company is in full compliance with all relevant HSE legislation, codes of practice, guidance and industry standards


• To support and maintain the Risk Management process for all business areas


• To administer and manage the Health Promotion initiatives within the organisation


• To support the HSE Advisor in monitoring and maintaining the SMS and EMS and associated policies in compliance with BS OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001 respectively and ensure the continuous improvement of HSE performance


• To administer and support the induction process for all new employees and contractors and ensuring adherence to the Company's HSE systems and procedures.


• Arrange and provide training, support and advice for all relevant personnel


• To liaise with Customers' or Suppliers' representatives on HSE matters and participate in relevant Customers' or Suppliers' HSE audits and meetings.

You will have Oil and Gas Industry experience. Auditing experience is desirable.
