PROJECT ENGINEER

The Role:

When fully trained you will be responsible for delivering the technical/engineering aspect of multi-£million contracts with the full support of a highly experienced project manager.

Day-today duties may include:

• Review of customer specifications, drawings and bid documents


• Generate production documents and procurement specifications


• Cient liaison (review meetings, updates, etc)


• Managing possible variation requests


• Design calculations as required


• Overseeing product through manufacture


• Management of suppliers

The Candidate:

HND/Degree qulalified (or equivalent) in Mechanical or a similar engineering discipline, you will be able to understand and interpret drawings and specifications.

Having already carved out a successful career in engineering, you will be ready to step in to a more "project" focussed role.

Candidates with the following experience may be of particular interest; Product or Applications Engineers, Design Engineers, Mechanical Engineers, Project Engineers, Project Managers, etc. In the past, successful candidates have come from industries such as; defence, aerospace, automotive, oil & gas, etc.
