We are currently looking for a Key Account Manager to manage and develop key relationships within the market sectors served through the promotion of Recertification Services and broad product ranges within the business.


Responsibilities:



  • Determine new opportunities within key accounts, implement opportunities and sales plans to secure and deliver Recertification revenue to ensure continued growth in line with the group and management services and product sales

  • To achieve and exceed budgeted sales within profit performance on an on-going basis

  • To formulate development plans designed to ensure effective penetration of and relationship management within key customers

  • Understand and identify customer requirements, promoting recertification, services/products differentiators and added value benefits

  • Coordinate an effective team approach to handling customer requirements and delivering the necessary responses in a timely manner

  • Support tendering process for existing and new customers to ensure customer requirements are clearly defined and appropriate responses are incorporated into the company tender submission

  • Complete regular performance review meetings with customer to ensure all contract requirements are being delivered in accordance with Company procedures

  • Prepare and deliver client quotations in line with client delivery expectations

  • Supply division management with key accounts report detailing opportunities, timescales, revenue, margin to deliver against agreed targets



The successful candidate will have:



  • Effective account management and relationship development experience

  • Technical knowledge within Recertification

  • The ability to conduct presentations to wide ranging audiences

  • A detailed understanding of sales, targets and budgets

  • Experience of selling added value services
