Our client is a global leader in the provision of components within the Oil & Gas sector. Due to recent success and expansion, a role has been created within the Compensation and Benefits department for an HR Specialist.

Key responsibilities will be;

• day to day management of the Oracle Advanced Benefits system including participating in new module implementations


• preparing monthly pension schedule


• management of Private Medical Insurance plans; overseeing Service Award programme


• administration and annual renewals of Group Risk benefit programmes


• administration of company leased cars and voluntary benefits


• monitoring and submitting claims for the Permanent Health Insurance scheme


• assisting with Expat management and providing guidance to employees regarding all company benefits


• assisting with preparation and review of salary survey data, providing Managers with benchmark salary data and the administration of various company bonus programmes

Key attributes will be;

• previous experience of benefits administration


• possess excellent IT skills, including working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.


• A CIPD qualification is required


• experience of working as an HR Generalist


• demonstrate strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail


• knowledge of the Oil & Gas sector would be a distinct advantage
