Our Background Escape Recruitment Services was founded in 2000, focussed on providing high quality and cost-effective recruitment solutions for the Scottish Engineering & Manufacturing job market. Having quickly gained a reputation for excellent client and candidate care we established our expertise in recruiting high quality Engineering & Trades personnel on a temporary or permanent basis. Where We Are Today Through market diversification, team development and growth we now operate from three bases across Scotland: Livingston, Glasgow and Aberdeen. The markets we operate in have also grown with specialisms such as Power & Energy and Trades & Industrial having diversified from our original Engineering team, whilst new divisions such as HR, Commercial & Administration and Accountancy & Finance were created to meet demands from our client base. Additionally we have expanded into new international markets with a particular strength in the UAE.
