Adrian Brady, Operations Director
With 20 years recruitment industry experience, Adrian started working life as a Graduate Commercial Trainee with House of Fraser Stores Group. His recruitment career began at Melville Craig Group (Now Hudson) working in the International Division mainly in the semi-conductor sector. He then moved into manufacturing and technology and thereafter decided to progress his career with another recruitment business: Avenue Scotland. Adrian was instrumental in the start-up and growth of Avenue and took the opportunity to put this experience to good use in founding Escape in 2000. Adrian currently oversees our Engineering, Manufacturing, Trades, Power & Energy and Information Technology Divisions alongside our Resourcing Team.

Anne-Marie Hamill, Finance Director
Anne-Marie completed an HND in Business Studies followed a post graduate CIPD. She joined Melville Craig (now Hudson) in 1990 recruiting within the manufacturing and engineering sector and progressed to managing the Division in the West Coast. In 2000 she took the opportunity to co-found Escape Recruitment and has been instrumental in the growth of this business to a £10m turnover in the last 10 years. Anne-Marie works across 3 locations, Glasgow, Livingston and Aberdeen and her area of expertise is in business development and account management.

Paul Leishman, Director
Paul left Fife College in 1993 gaining an HND in Organisation Information which focussed on Business studies and HR. He began his career working for a leading bank selling commercial products to business customers before this sales route took him into recruitment in 1997. He has been with Escape since it started in 2000 and has played a pivotal role in the company's success having established key relationships with some of their biggest clients across a number of our sectors such as oil and gas, engineering, food and drink, trades and medical device manufacturing. Paul is currently part of Escape's Business Development Team with a focus on our Aberdeen operation.

Mark Mackill, Director
Mark qualified as an accountant (ACMA) in 1993 and worked with companies such as Capita, Scottish Media Group and Thus until 1999 when he moved into the recruitment sector. Focussing on the Accountancy & Finance Sector Mark worked initially with Michael Page and then with Hudson where he worked in Client Relationship as well as an Account Manager for a number of their Scottish and UK wide customers including RBS, HBOS, National Australia Group (Clydesdale Bank). Mark joined Escape in July 2008 as Client Development Manager and was asked to join the Board of Directors at the beginning of 2011. Mark currently manages a number of Escape's division's including: Accountancy and Finance, Commercial and Administration, Human Resources, Occupational Health and Public Sector.

John Speake, Non-Executive Director
John graduated in physics and following a doctorate worked for the Atomic Energy Authority. He then worked in a high-tech start-up becoming managing director followed by a stint as managing director of a Rolls-Royce subsidiary. From 1993 until 2009 he worked as a partner in "The Company Growth Team Ltd" becoming managing director and chairman. He has been a non-executive director with several companies and has worked closely with the Escape Recruitment management team since joining in 2004.

Ronnie Coull, Non-Executive Director
 He has worked in the oil and gas sector for over 20 years with extensive experience in both human resources management and recruitment. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President Human Resources of the Ocean Rig group, Ronnie previously worked for Petrofac Facilities Management where his roles included Operations Director of Atlantic Resourcing Ltd, part of the Petrofac group of companies, and included working with external companies delivering recruitment solutions to the drilling, marine and operations business. Prior to this, he was HR Director & Head of HR for Petrofac Facilities Management and has previously held Senior HR roles in, Kvaerner Oli & Gas Trafalger House Offshore Holdings and Vauldale Engineering.
Ronnie has been an Non Exec Director of Escape since February 2010.
