- Collating candidate timesheets and managing candidate payroll

Recruitment Campaigns
We can provide a fully managed recruitment campaign for clients who have a requirement to recruit for a number of positions at the same time or have an ongoing requirement over time. Each assignment is unique and requires a bespoke approach utilising an appropriate mix of candidate attraction and recruitment strategies such as on or offline advertising and candidate assessment.
Payroll Services
In circumstances where you have sourced a temporary worker directly we can offer you the flexibility of a payroll only service with the benefit that the candidate can work at ‘arms length' from your organisation. It is only appropriate for us to offer this service in certain circumstances and we discuss these on a case by case basis with our clients. In such instances candidates complete and submit timesheets and are paid by Escape and we in turn invoice you for the cost of the hours worked plus an amount to cover the payroll costs.
