Escape Recruitment first achieved IIP status in 2002 and we have successful gained reaccreditation at each of our assessments since then.
At our most recent accreditation our external assessor commented that:

Since our inception, Escape have focussed on creating a great environment for our people, we work to a set of established values, have developed an inclusive and open culture and encourage our teams to develop their skills and their careers.
At the time of gaining IIP status our business operated with a much smaller team than we have today, we were based in one office in West Lothian and focussed predominately on recruiting within the Scottish Engineering and Manufacturing markets.
Through growth and diversification into new disciplines such as HR, Commercial and Administration, Accountancy and Finance along with the addition of new bases in Glasgow and Aberdeen our company has worked through many changes and successfully faced many challenges in these last 10 years.
We believe that our continued IIP accreditation throughout this time underlines the importance we place on ensuring our people are at the heart of what we do and the success we achieve as a business.
