•Experience in the designing some of the following; Slickline Tools, Wireline Systems, Wellhead Pressure Control Equipment or Subsea Christmas trees
•Knowledge of Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD as well as PDM or advanced Document management will be a distinct advantage. Previous experience of working in a Design Office as part of a multi-national design group with well established processes in compliance with ISO9001 and other Design Codes relating to the Oil & Gas or similar industries will be preferable.

•Contribute to SOP and job safety risk assessments development
•Carry out equipment failure root cause analysis to design issues
•Complete all administrative and data collection tasks as required
The Candidate
•You MUST be time served in a Electrical or Instrumentation discipline or certified to a minimum of City and Guilds/HNC (Or equivalent) experience working within manufacturing maintenance is preferred. Must have the ability to cope under pressure.
•Must have prior working knowledge of control of works
•Good problem solving and trouble-shooting abilities
•An enthusiastic individual with a can do attitude, who is meticulous in approach to all support activities

•Complete all administrative and data collection tasks as required

Duties to include:
•Having responsibility for the preparation of innovative designs backed with engineering calculations and analysis.
•The review and checking of drawings and calculations.
•The preparation of production drawings and liaison with suppliers.
•Taking ownership of projects from start to finish, including purchasing of parts, overseeing and coordinating build and test of equipment, compile product documentation, ensuring delivery of product on time and within budget.
•Pro-active Client facing role in both base office and Client office environments. Liaising with Client Integrity lead to give visibility of asset Integrity status.
•Provide management, guidance and direction to support personnel for the effective execution contract.
The Candidate:
•Experience in the designing some of the following; Slickline Tools, Wireline Systems, Wellhead Pressure Control Equipment or Subsea Christmas trees
•Knowledge of Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD as well as PDM or advanced Document management will be a distinct advantage. Previous experience of working in a Design Office as part of a multi-national design group with well established processes in compliance with ISO9001 and other Design Codes relating to the Oil & Gas or similar industries will be preferable.
•General project management experience is also desirable
