HR Business Partner - GO/MME/12425

This is a new position within the HR structure for an experienced ambitious and driven business partner with the CIPD qualification. Although initially based in the Fife area, as part of their development, the candidate will be required to work on a seconded basis, internationally, so flexibility is required.

The function of the role is to play an important part in creating and delivering an HR capability that meets with the needs of the business by identifying an effective process which attracts, recruits, selects, rewards and retains the best talent in the market.

Key accountabilities;

Provide an efficient HR service to the 2 business units on site offering advice and guidance on best practice in employee relations, legislation and L&D.
Work closely with line management and add value to identifying new opportunities to maximise human capital.
Demonstrate value in creating new HR initiatives and sharing knowledge and ideas within the team
Assist in new projects in employee relations and other people related projects
Identify opportunities to enhance the employee experience and make suggestions for implementation
Drive change initiatives within the organisation


Candidates should have :

Proven experience in working in a business partner role within a fast paced environment
CIPD Qualified
Hands on ability with a consultative approach
Excellent interpersonal and rapport building skills
Good influencing and persuasive skills
Excellent team player
Good level of generalist experience and working knowledge of UK employment law

My client are a highly recognised company within the Medical Device industry and have an opportunity for a Learning & Development Manager to join their team based in Stirling.

In this role you will have responsibility for maximising Business Unit performance and organisational growth and will be accountable for specific People & Organisational Development projects.

You must be resilient, determined to deliver results and have high energy levels. You should also be able to handle complexity and changing circumstances and be able to communicate effectively to a wide audience. Although it is not essential we would love you have worked in a similar role within the manufacturing environment. Suitable candidates should be able to demonstrate the following skills & experience:
