The initial specification stated that the individual required a professional accountancy qualification. After a briefing meeting between Escape and the client it was recognised that a candidate with part qualification could do the job equally well. This had the benefit of increasing the number of potential candidates in the market place.
Escape, in conjunction with Working Career, developed the job specification and job description that would meet the client's unique requirements. After the presentation of a shortlist of candidates and first round interviews, an offer was made and accepted.
